LONDON (AP) -Tickets have gone on sale for the first regular-season NBA games in Europe. The New Jersey Nets and Toronto Raptors will play a pair of games at the O2 Arena in London on March 4-5. | Madrid, Spain (Sports Network) - Toronto Raptors point guard Jose Calderon will miss the 2010 FIBA World Championship after injuring his leg in Spain's exhibition game against the United States. Tests Monday revealed Calderon tore a muscle in his left leg in Sunday's 86-85 defeat. He was held pointless with three assists.
